Create a YouTube channel subscription link

How to create a link to a YouTube channel that invites the user to subscribe

If we have a channel on YouTube, we have certainly thought of a solution of this type to make it easier for new users to subscribe.

With the channel link, placed in the description of a video or on your site, users access the YouTube channel to be able to view it, and at that point they choose whether to subscribe or not.

The subscription link is much more than the channel link. With this link, users are immediately asked to sign up via a pop-up notification upon login. The example is the image above.

In this way, users are tempted to sign up even before seeing the channel itself, increasing the possibility of increasing their share of followers.

How to create the subscription link

Just take the channel link and add the piece ?sub_confirmation=1 at the end.

For example, if the channel link is this

https://www.youtube.com/channel/[channel code]

the subscription link will be

https://www.youtube.com/channel/[channel code]?sub_confirmation=1

And this also applies to the link types user and c.

Just insert this link on our site or, if we want to simplify it, we just need to customize it with a service like bit.ly.

We periodically check the functioning of the links in our articles. If you notice any links that do not work, please let us know in the comments. If you enjoyed the article consider supporting the blog with a small donation. Thank you. Patreon / Ko-fi / Liberapay / Paypal
